We offer you a complete package of support that is based on the established Window Genie system. All of our methods have been tested in the office and in the field. Window Genie knows that just having people in a territory is not enough. That is why we study each potential market to make sure it has the right people. These are people that typically use outside service providers, when they need work performed around the house. As a Window Genie franchisee, you will have the rights to a protected marketing territory. This will enable you to market your services to two-income families, the affluent, the retired and elderly, property managers, builders, realtors and interior decorators.
We know the importance of effective training and support. As a new franchisee, you will begin with five days of training at our corporate office where we will teach you operations, service procedures, marketing/sales and administration. Once you have learned the basics, a Window Genie trainer will spend five days on-site with you, which will coincide with your Grand Opening. It is vital to let the market know that you exist. So, not only will we help plan your initial marketing strategy, we will assist with employee hiring, estimating and selling, software applications and in-the-field service procedures.
Even though we are always just a phone call away, you will receive complete Operations Manuals and training videos that will assist you during your initial training. This will also serve as a reference tool after you are up and running. The manuals cover operations, as well as service procedures which have been developed with the input of the Window Genie staff, who know all of the aspects of the operation of a window cleaning, window film and pressure washing business. Window Genie also knows the power of learning from others. We will keep you in close contact with other Window Genie franchisees, through newsletters, teleconferencing and an annual convention. These are designed to facilitate the exchange of information between franchises and help with operational issues as your business grows. To help control costs, Window Genie also has national plans for business and health insurance, advertising, as well as purchase plans for equipment, products, supplies and promotional materials.
