Franchise Fee
Your estimated initial investment will vary, depending on the household population in the territory that you select. Additional households can be purchased for a fee per household for each of the Bronze, Silver and Gold franchises.

Initial Package
Our complete Business Start-up Package is $7 - 9,000. The package includes all of the supplies, equipment and print material to start your Window Genie business. This is a turnkey package that includes our custom Office Genie software.
Advertising and Working Capital
Depending on your plans for growth and required initial expenses, an additional $5 - 15,000 will be necessary. This will cover your Grand Opening Campaign, initial advertising and personal expenses while your Window Genie franchise gets off the ground.
Royalty Fee
Our royalty fee is six percent of monthly gross revenue, one of the lowest royalty fees in the industry. The ongoing monthly royalty fee gives you ongoing support, the right to use the Window Genie system as it continues to be developed, including manual updates, newsletters and product updates, and the continued right to use the Window Genie name. There is also a 1% advertising fee. This is used to create advertising pieces and programs to help promote Window Genie on the local level.
