I was very pleased with Window Genie and will use them again.  The workers were on time, efficient, professional and polite.\n\nThis is my second review of Window Genie. I had signed up for their spring \/fall services for 2024. I was again very pleased with the window cleaning and power wasing provided in the spring. At that visit, I was asked if I was interested in gutter cleaning for the fall. My husband said yes and I paid for the gutters at that time. We did not realize at that time that my husband had a serious health condition that was affecting his memory and cognitive abilities.  Fast forward,  as my husband&#039;s condition improved and I contacted Window Genie recently to schedule my fall cleaning, my husband asked why we were having the gutters cleaned when we have gutter toppers.  He did not recall ordering that in the spring. I contacted WG to explain the situation and that we did not need gutter cleaning services,. Andrea called me back in a timely manner and without asking any questions, simply said our money would be refunded for that service. I received our refund in the mail within a couple of days! I had signed up for their spring \/fall services for 2024. I was again very pleased with the window cleaning and power wasing provided in the spring. At that visit, I was asked if I was interested in gutter cleaning for the fall. My husband said yes and I paid for the gutters at that time. We did not realize at that time that my husband had a serious health condition that was affecting his memory and cognitive abilities.  Fast forward,  as my husband&#039;s condition improved and I contacted Window Genie recently to schedule my fall cleaning, my husband asked why we were having the gutters cleaned when we have gutter toppers.  He did not recall ordering that in the spring. I contacted WG to explain the situation and that we did not need gutter cleaning services,. Andrea called me back in a timely manner and without asking any questions, simply said our money would be refunded for that service. I received our refund in the mail within a couple of days!
