People were very nice and efficient. My house looks beautiful. I will say that the stuff to kill the moss and algae on the roof, did do some damage to spring flowers. Had to pick up a few water bottles and cigarette butts. Would definitely do again

I expected Window Genie to do a good job because they have a good reputation, but they far exceeded my expectations. Our home is four stories tall and every window was cleaned “nose to glass” (a term I learned on the internet). Which means no poles or extensions, so that the tech is face to face with the window and can see that the window is clean. We had some windows that had paint “overspray” which means painters accidentally sprayed the windows. These windows used to drive me crazy because they never looked clean. Window Genie removed all the “overspray” so that the windows are sparkling clean, and there was no additional charge. They are also very easy to work with. A great service at a reasonable, affordable prices.

Window Genie did a great job for us! They exceeded all our expectations. They were courteous, on time, and most important, they did a great job! They cleaned our windows inside and out, and power washed our deck and porch. We will definitely be using them again!
