I have used Window Genie several times, all with good result. The last time there was a slight problem and this is how you tell the professionals from everyone else. A connection to an alarmed screen was damaged. I called the company and said I would try to repair it myself and if I could not then I would have to call our alarm service company and it would cost $95+ tax. Today my reimbursement check arrived. This company stands behind their service and are good to their word. In this world that is priceless. I recommend them highly to people in need of their service.
