Great customer service: service provider on time, hard-working, and efficient. We have a home on a slope with natural habitat (ie, weeds, mud, poison ivy, etc). Service provider worked around the issues with no apparent problems. Windows look great, no streaks! Would definitely call for service again.

The two workers were friendly and got the job done quickly. They even did the egress windows of the basement and a few of the insides which I wasn't expecting-that was awesome! My Mom was excited this job was done for her-it hadn't been accomplished in a few years-she was very appreciative of her birthday gift from family members-thanks again!

The young man who cleaned our gutters was professional and worked conscientiously throughout the time he was at our home. It was apparent the gutters on our recently-purchased, eight-year-old home had never been cleaned. As a result, there was a good amount of sticks and decomposed leaves he removed. He did a good job cleaning up our yard under the work area before he left our home. We were pleased with the service.

Condo inside and outside windows shine after Keith was here!. This included sliding glass doors also inside and out. A large {almost) floor to ceiling window looks new. Small windows high in the living room are also looking new. Window Genie staff are very careful to clean up any area where they worked and to lock windows before leaving. i would not hesitate to leave home if I needed while they are here. Absolutely dependable..

Keith was prompt in giving me an estimate on window cleaning & noticed that my siding was getting dirty & moldy & offered an estimate on having that cleaned as well. I hired him to do both & am very pleased. The owner cleaned my siding himself & then his crew cleaned the inside, outside & sills of my windows.
