I’ve already recommened your service to others. Your service was easy to use, neat and clean. I was not at home when my gutters were cleaned but the next heavy rain I could hear the water running through the gutters and down the downspouts

Window Genie came out the same day I requested to give me an estimate on a large amount of work to be done on the exterior of our house that needed to be done quickly before listing for sale the following week. They emailed the estimate within hours; essentially was a full menu with itemized prices. I selected the work I wanted done, passed on what I didn’t feel I needed, and the work was scheduled for the same week! I would give five stars on that alone. The crew did an amazing job and the work was done quickly and professionally. They even gave me a can of their special cleaner for me to use on my interior windows (I had decided to do that myself and they saw me using glass wipes and gave me their professional cleaner.) However, I must report that Window Genie went above and beyond even this in their outstanding service. I had actually contracted a different local company to clean my gutters and windows, as they had given me a slightly lower price and promised to do the job midweek. When this other company didn’t show on the appointed day, I called their number and was told “they would never have guaranteed a specific day,” (a lie, as I would only have hired them if they could perform the job THAT WEEK as I was preparing to list my home for sale). They said they would “see if they could get a crew to come by” and did in fact send two men to do the job…who promptly told me I must have misled the service representative about the size of my home, because there was “no way they could do the job for the stated price”. I was absolutely floored by the attempt at a bait and switch. I know that I was accurate in the description of my house and the square footage. When I asked this other company what the cost WOULD BE then to do the work, they gave me a price THREE TIMES their estimate. I immediately called my Window Genie service representative and asked if it would be possible to add gutters and windows to my job (they were power washing the walkways, porch, and front of the house). She said absolutely, we will take care of everything, no worries…and still performed this extra work on the same day I had scheduled. So, needless to say, I am thrilled with the job they performed, and their outstanding customer service. Thank you, Window Genie!!!

Crew came to remove old window film from a Palladian window—not an easy job, but they completed a quality removal and cleaned up the area when finished.

Window Genie of Malvern completed a full house window, sill, and screen cleaning for us. They did an outstanding job. Their coordinator was wonderful to work with and was responsive to our scheduling constraints. The cleaning technicians were professional and thorough. They following covid protocols and were very respectful of our home. The work was completed with a high quality and everything looked wonderful! I would absolutely use Window Genie again.
