Very prompt, personable, went the extra mile

Window Genie did not disappoint! Jenny, Jayden and Scott and there were two others that I don’t remember their names. We had the front windows of our house tinted and the outside of these windows cleaned. Scott was great with his knowledge of what window tint would be best for what we were wanting to achieve and provided a sample of the tint and also emailed me pictures of other jobs with the same window tint. Jenny was always so helpful when I would call in or even via email. Scheduling was easy and quick. Jayden came out and did our window tint and was very nice, efficient and didn’t leave any mess behind after. The two young men that came out to clean the outside of our windows did a great job and spent a good amount of time cleaning them. Everyone was dressed professional and was polite and helpful. Hope to use them again!

Everything from start to finish was easy and pleasant. Very reasonably priced and Joe and Derek did a great job on our windows. They were kind, accommodating and easy to have in our home. Thank you both.

I shopped around and chose Window Genie primarily due to the promptness of their quote and the attention they paid to the work we wanted done. I was not disappointed; they did a superb job in every way. Meticulous attention to detail, 33 storm windows removed cleaned and reinstalled, plus the windows washed and all look better than they have ever looked! We plan to have them back every year and give them the highest recommendation.

Also, I believe they are family owned. The receptionist was very very polite. Which was a plus for me. I had them do my parents home and my home as well. I highly recommend this company.
