via GoogleCare was taken by this team on each phase of the gutter cleaning… They were very well versed on taking care of the roof and maintaining safety at all times… they cleaned up after the gutter debris and made the areas spotless. I will call them back again for other services in the future.

They charged $40 more than the guy who no showed me, and $30 more than the guy I don’t know from Adam who knocked on my door offering gutter cleaning while my family had dinner. But when I called them, THEY ANSWERED THE DAWGONE PHONE! They were personable and communicative! They were chatty and fun but professional from the appointment setup to the actual visit to do the work. They offered to take before and after photos before I could ask, and they did their very best to clear out my downspouts without extra labor and cost. They offered a relatively gentle upsell on window washing which was out of my budget, but they knew better than to be pushy and aggressive about it. I’m so glad my completely full gutters are empty now. I’m confident I’ll be able to keep them maintained with my own pressure washer from this point, but I will check this time next year and if I need some extra help I will 100% be calling window genie again.

She’s very professional and provides great customer service. The window cleaning tech came out on time and did a great job on some very dirty windows. I also learned they do window tinting, pressure washing and gutter cleaning. I know we’ll be using them again in the near future for these services.
