You were very timely, came when you said you were coming. Did a great job without leaving a mess behind. Because our deck doesn’t have stairs, you had to come back at a later time to do the large windows in back, but did that without a hassle. Keith was very accommodating, and worked us in for a party we were having.

First, the experience of setting up the appointment was very good. They were able to get us on to their schedule in a timely manner. Next, the communication was great. I was not home when the technician arrived; they had a question and called me immediately on the phone to talk through the situation instead of just “guessing.” They were very diligent. The work was done well and they spent the time to do it right. The price was fair and I appreciated the nice collateral materials that they included with their bill. We will definitely use Window Genie again.

I would give Window Genie a 20, except that isn’t an option on this system! Tray and John were professional and respectful, and very hard working, even in the rain. The windows on my house have never looked better. With a north facing wall of windows, the cleaning is very challenging, and Tray and John made these windows sparkle. Thank you very much!
