Window Genie of Princeton Reviews

The two man crew did a quick and really nice job cleaning exterior windows. They were very professional and took care not to damage the siding on our two story house. The price was fair and reasonable.

Excellent service.

Frank and Terry from Window Genie were amazing! In my 50 years in the Hospitality industry, I have worked with thousands of people and these two guys make the Top Ten List! I will recommend Window Genie because of them! Sincerely, R Rob Brown

Very good results from Window Genie. The workers were respectful and hardworking.

Window Genie did a thorough job on my siding, making it look like new. The technician was on time, and did everything carefully. I highly recommend this service.

Meticulous work on a hot and muggy day

We used Robin and her service to prepare our house for sale by cleaning the windows, power-washing patios etc and it made a difference, made the house look great. Ended up having a bidding war for our house and getting a great price. Also used her to Window Genie to clean the solar panels on our new house. Efficient, professional and pleasant, we will use her and her team again whenever we have job that they can do. Gery Juleff

We have used Robin and her crew for two projects at our 1741 built house which has a sun room addition and a raised 3rd floor office under the roof, with much beauty and birds but gets too hot for non-central AC to handle. Robin explained her company’s options to us very carefully, and then did further research with Anderson windows as to appropriate applications, and later came to measure results. She did exactly what she said she would and then more to inform our choices. Her crew was punctual, pleasant, and polite at installation and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. My wife liked the way Robin brought a woman’s touch to finishing a job. Regarding the second project Robin again was careful to explain options and cost-saving alternatives. I’m getting too old and slow to climb ladders to repair and maintain stuff, but still picky enough to imagine sloppy, smeary work even if I can’t get close to see it for sure. So I reserved one star because I’m an nit-picking, crotchety old coot who couldn’t get my nose in every corner for a 5 star response. But Robin’s crew did her proud and she will get my recommendations.

We hired WindowGenie back in March when we were preparing for out of town guests and ran out of time. My wife said to me, that’s it, I’m hiring someone to wash the windows! She spoke with several service companies and decided on Robin for several reasons. To begin with, Robin, and her team are friendly, professional, and efficient. To say that we were satisfied does not come close to telling the story. When we came home the night the services were completed, it looked like we had no glass in our windows! We had never hired anyone to wash our windows and now, we will likely never wash them ourselves again. Because they offer ancillary services, we will also likely hire Robin for those too!
