via GoogleEDIT 8/19/17: Although I was quite annoyed last weekend when Window Genie showed up 2.5 hours late, I was just as equally pleased with the response by the owner to rectify the situation. He called later that day to apologize (which does go a long way) and offered to come out at a time convenient to us and even provided us a discount. Well done. As for the job itself. They cleaned 27 windows and screens and it looks great. Really great job and they were in and out in a little over two hours. After the initial issue last week they made up for it in my eyes and we will use them again Awful experience and unprofessional operation. The company came out and gave us an estimate. Scheduled an appointment for first thing 9am this Saturday. No window, we were told 9am. At 9:30 they are still not here. We call them to be told “we will be there shortly.” 11:15am comes around and still Not here. I call again and get a voicemail telling them we have afternoon plans and need to leave the house so we need to cancel appointment. As we are ready to leave our house they show up at 11:30am. Ninety minutes late. No apologizes. Act like Nothing happen. Awful.
