Excellent company

We had our windows and dryer duct cleaned yesterday. Joe and Mike not only were extremely efficient and professional, but they also were kind and considerate. Joe ran into some problems with how our dryer was vented. He worked without complaint in our attic (which had to be near 100 degrees or more yesterday), fixed what was wrong, and continued to clean the ducts as agreed. The windows are sparkling, and Mike went above and beyond by also cleaning our patio table!! Who does that?! I would recommend this company highly, and we will be calling them to come back in the fall.

Treated myself to window genie today, because “I don’t do windows”, (well). They arrived on time, were polite and professional and did an awesome job on my windows. And they love dogs!

As a small business owner who wants what any other paying customer wants will tell you that when it comes to customer service, professional work and a great price, Window Genie is the best!!! Showed up on the time they said they would be, asked me detailed questions on what I wanted out of the service, did not leave until the windows looked better than new and were very friendly. If you are looking to get work done by Window Genie of Toms River, look no further. They will get it done.

Im sorry I wasn’t sure if I posted my comment right. I want to give window genie 5 stars for there excellent service. 2 guys came to my house to do my windows of my 2 story colonial and the Windows are still sparkling. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Not sure of the one guy’s name but Brett was awesome. He was so down to earth and had me laughing the whole time. He is a real cool guy and did an amazing job. He made sure that I was absolutely satisfied with everything. I will def be getting a yearly service. I recommend this being done, make sure you request Brett as one of the gentlemen to come. My daughter thought he was adorable. Thanks guys

I highly recommend Dick and Window Genie of Toms River! They are the best! You won’t get better service or prices anywhere else in the area. This company has been servicing all of our window needs(inside and out) since we moved here a few years ago. They also hang our Christmas lights every year. I can’t thank them enough for all that they do! They will come back to reservice or help in any way. Very dependable and reliable!

I’m so thankful I found Window Genie. They have been coming to my home twice a year for four years now. Dick and his crew are amazing and highly professional. I first started with just getting my windows cleaned (which included the screens removed , cleaned and replaced) , then moved onto getting protective film for my sliding back door (to protect brand new wood floors from fading). Now I have my gutters and windows cleaned twice a year, house power washed In The spring and I’m thinking of having my concrete power washed as well this year. Where else can you have three maintenances performed on your home on the same day that’s takes 3-4 hours in Total? Talk about one stop shopping! Thank you Window Genie for making my home sparkle and my life easier.

Rick and Frank arrived this morning on time. They came in to assess the job. They wore booties in my home to keep my floors clean. When they left at the end of my job my windows sparkled. Thank you

This is the 2nd time we gave used Window Genie. Did a great job on hiuse, windows and screens, fence and driveway. Friendly, professional and efficient. Did not leave a mess.

EDIT 8/19/17: Although I was quite annoyed last weekend when Window Genie showed up 2.5 hours late, I was just as equally pleased with the response by the owner to rectify the situation. He called later that day to apologize (which does go a long way) and offered to come out at a time convenient to us and even provided us a discount. Well done. As for the job itself. They cleaned 27 windows and screens and it looks great. Really great job and they were in and out in a little over two hours. After the initial issue last week they made up for it in my eyes and we will use them again Awful experience and unprofessional operation. The company came out and gave us an estimate. Scheduled an appointment for first thing 9am this Saturday. No window, we were told 9am. At 9:30 they are still not here. We call them to be told “we will be there shortly.” 11:15am comes around and still Not here. I call again and get a voicemail telling them we have afternoon plans and need to leave the house so we need to cancel appointment. As we are ready to leave our house they show up at 11:30am. Ninety minutes late. No apologizes. Act like Nothing happen. Awful.
