Customers All Review & Testimonials of Window Genie of Poconos

My windows are crystal clear!

We have used Window Genie for the 2nd time to power wash our house and couldn’t be happier. The young man Will was very professional and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Window Genie of Poconos. I will be scheduling them to also clean our windows. 5*

Returned calls promptly. Reported conditions of my property as found. Job done on time and for the quoted price.

The window Genie guys we’re great. Kept the house clean while they were working and left everything perfect. And my windows! I spent the whole afternoon just looking out my beautiful sparkling windows! I recommend window Genie highly.

Very good service will deff use again!!

The gentlemen were very professional and honest. They were earlier than their stated time to arrive which is unheard of these days. I would recommend them to anyone inquiring.

Very stunned, I had been dealing with a gutter cleaner for three years. They sent me an e-mail (October 19); I had been distracted by other affairs I had at the house. I sent them an e-mail for services. They never had acknowledged me. At 8:30 pm, I contacted Home Advisor, they had connected me to Window Genie within two minutes. I spoke to Terry Mummert and he advised me he had an opening the next day at 8:00 am. The gentleman was professional businessman, prompt, courteous ad to the point. Next day, he along with his fellow worker completed the job. They had highlighted what they had saw with their job performance, along with his knowledgeable of the job. Just that communication I had with him before and after the job was an important factor. The prior business, the guys left and there was no communication between customer and servicemen. Would I have Window Genie come out to do my gutters again. Yes they deserve an AAA+. I thank them for the window cleaner and the brochure. Finally, I was stunned because of the speed of the response, the perfection of the job and the excellent communication – these are the important factors.

People were very nice. From giving the estimate, being here on time and doing a great job. Very happy with the job they did.

Terry & his wife first came to our home & to review & the sat down & gave us an estimate followed by a computer one also. They are very courteous & respectful They came to do our power wash on Monday the 11th fantastic job. We will have terry back in the spring for window washing .. Great job will gladly recommend Terry & the Window Genie,

You kept in touch and arrived when you promised. Job was done well.

arrived on time, went to work, went the extra mile

Professionalism, Includes screen cleaning, reliability

They did a great job in the cold weather cleaning my gutters. Will have them return in a few months to clean the outside of the house and gutters again.

Friendly crew, dedicated to getting the job done perfectly! Terry and his team were at our home on time as promised and even though the weather was lousy (cold & rainy) they dove right in and cleaned our screens & windows with remarkable thoroughness… at the price he quoted with no surprises. My wife, (an ICU nurse) and I (owner of a home theater design/build company here in the Poconos) are extremely “picky” when it comes to detail work, and Terry and his crew hit it out of the park. Window Genie of the Poconos… A+

We were very happy with the service performed by Terry and his team. We requested a house powerwashing as well as to remove some moss on our roof. Not only did they complete the job as we requested but they were also able to remove the stains on our gutters. They really did a great job.
