This was my first time using Window Genie. I was very satisfied with the whole process.Scheduling was easy, and the crew called ahead to notify me of their ETA . Justin and Will did a fantastic job! Professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. I will be giving them a call again.

Wiill was on the outside so we didn’t really have a conversation, but Justin was inside, and I found him to be reliable, efficient, charming and he did a great job. What I liked about him most was his polite and courteous demeanor.

People were very nice. From giving the estimate, being here on time and doing a great job. Very happy with the job they did.

Prompt service and friendly staff. The men take the job seriously and want to please the homeowner. They are easy to work with and we would highly recommend them to others. Also, the price is very reasonable for the job they do. You won’t be disappointed.

Service was excellent; windows were cleaner than I have ever done. They removed all stains from the North Side of house from siding – which never gets enough sunlight. I will use them again and again!

Terry, his lovely wife Nela, are the Captains of an extraordinary Team (Chris, Juan & Luis) that thoroughly moved through our property and made the glass and outdoor areas sparkle and shine like new again. Terry even called me the next day to ask me if he and his Team needed to return to address anything that may have been missed or needed more attention (they did not because they expertly and efficiently checked their work throughout the long day they spent working on site!) I use Window Genies to put up Holiday lights on the outside of my home. I have used them for several years now and I am never disappointed. The owners and the staff are very professional, courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I am so glad I made that initial call. I would not use anyone else.

Could not have been happier. My “old” gutter guy retired this year at age 82! He had cleaned our gutters for 22 years and I had no idea what to do, so I found Window Genie on the internet. They called me right back and came the same day to give me an estimate. My problem was so bad and with major storms in the forecast, they took pity on me and got me out of trouble within two days. Their prices are fair and the two people I met were professional and very friendly and attentive. This is a great company! I plan to use more of their services in the future, but right now they are my go-to gutter cleaners and I will be seeing them twice each year.
