I reached out with questions regarding the sliding glass doors in the townhouse we purchased via the “Chat” feature on the website. Mary quickly responded to my inquiry suggesting I send some photos and then offering to send a Technician to assess the situation. The technician was professional, timely, and respectful of our home. He quickly and politely was able to inform us that our sliding glass doors would need to be replaced. Although they were not able to help us due to the nature of our issue, I will most definitely call Window Genie of Northeast NJ again.

It was wonderful to have my windows cleaned thoroughly inside and out as well as th screens. The guys worked hard and got all 32 windows cleaned in less than three hours. The windows looked spotless.

Window Genie of northeast NJ did a wonderful job cleaning the outside of my townhouse and the windows, both inside and out, as well as the screens. I mean a really good job. There were no issues or problems at all with the cleaning they did. And, furthermore, they wore masks and stayed away from me.

They are quick and they clean up any debri.

The whole experience went well; from scheduling to the finished job, everything went smoothly. The window cleaners came on time. They were very respectful and professional. My husband and I were very satisfied and thought they did an excellent job. Our sunroom looks terrific.

Window Genie did a fantastic job with powerwashing and polymer sand on the patios. It looked better than new. Also, the workers were wonderful and very accommodating. I would recommend highly and I will use them again.
