Our History

Window Genie was founded in 1994 as a small window cleaning company in Cincinnati, Ohio. Shortly thereafter, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning were added to our list of service offerings. In 1998 we began franchising. In 2000 we added Window Film as a service offering, and in 2015, we added Holiday Lighting as a service offering. In 2016 we became a subsidiary of Neighborly, a world-renowned home service brand. Today, we have over 100 locations across 30+ states. We are the nation’s largest residential window cleaning and window tinting company.
